These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and SaaS products (together, the “Services”) provided by Uluwatu OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uluwatu OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Services or other users.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
